Teriyaki Chicken

This is one recipe i found on  http://allrecipes.com/recipe/baked-teriyaki-chicken/detail.aspx , and it is very good

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 skinless chicken thighs

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cornstarch, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and ground black pepper. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  3. Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush chicken with the sauce. Turn pieces over, and brush again.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn pieces over, and bake for another 30 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear. Brush with sauce every 10 minutes during cooking

Chocolate chip Bread

This bread is so good, you will definitely want to try it.

This is all you need

5 cups Flour
3 eggs
1.5 tbls yeast
2 tlbs cocoa powder
1/2 tbls instant coffee, some vanilla
1 cup chocolate chip
1 cup milk
1 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar, and a pinch of salt

Mix the dough without chocolate chip, and cocoa powder
Add the chocolate chip and cocoa powder after kneading, shape to any way you desire.

Salmon Salmon Salmon, How I love thee

I love Salmon, so I tend to try several recipes, my favorite site for recipes is allrecipes.com because people can leave reviews incase the recipe is not as good as it looks. The new recipe I tried for salmon is called Salmon tango. This is a very simple recipe but oh so good. I saw this picture from allrecipes.com
